If you are in need of legal advice, call on, Sam Adam Jr.! #300 affiliate, Lil Durk was arrested early Wednesday morning, and charged with unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. Now, attorney Adam Jr. is saying that the gun did NOT belong to his client. Drop down bottom and get the juice.
Clarence January a.k.a. BJ admitted to the .40 calliber handgun belonging to him. Several witnesses signed affidavits that the gun was not Durk’s. The night of the incident police continuously asked, ‘who’s gun it is,’ and even though January said that the weapon belonged to him, they still took Durk down. The police hate to see a person on the rise! According to a witness, officers ignored January as he admitted that the gun was in his possession, and allegedly one cop told him, “give me reason to kill your black ass.”
Durk still has a bail. Judge Maria Kuriakos Ciesil issued a $100,000 bail, saying she had to take the prosecution’s allegations and Durk’s criminal past into consideration.
Looks like Lil Durk will be home sooner than everyone thinks, if January’s confession sticks.
