Ciara is being sued by a West-Hollywood club called “The Factory” after she signed a deal for $100,000 to show up and ended up bailing last minute. But there’s more to this story than just that. Not only did Ciara not show up for her performance after signing a contract, but it was for the huge Gay Pride Parade week in California! Last minute, the singer said she could not perform but that she would make an “appearance” during the pre-parade bash. However, during the day she was supposed to appear– Ciara was nowhere to be found! Now “The Factory,” which is known as a “gay club” with people that “know how to party,” is hitting the R&B singer with a lawsuit for “breach of contract.”
