DeSean Jackson has confirmed that Drew Rosenhaus is no longer his agent. So is Hov the next to represent the star?! Check out what he had to say about it…
Via ESPN:
The Philadelphia Eagles’ two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver says he hasn’t decided on new representation, despite reports he’s leaning toward Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports.
“I don’t know right now,” Jackson told reporters Tuesday. “It’s a lot of thoughts. The (reports) are what they are, but coming out of my mouth, I don’t know yet.”
Jackson cited “personal issues” for dismissing Rosenhaus, who negotiated a $51 million, five-year deal for him last March.
Jackson, though, owns a record label and is a hopeful rapper. Perhaps hiring a hip-hop mogul could help his music career.
“I don’t know, what do you think?” Jackson said. “I don’t know, man. Might be.”
While Jackson may be looking to move on, Rosenhaus is seeking compensation.
According to a Yahoo! Sports report, Rosenhaus has filed a grievance with the NFL Players Association seeking more than $400,000 in unpaid loans from Jackson.
