Though some jail time may really serve her well (or perhaps some mental help,) nothing may happen to Amanda Bynes for her recent arrest, as the cops have zero hard evidence she ever had any drugs on her.
According to the police report, cops saw Amanda throw what they believe is “drug paraphernalia” out the window…but they have nothing to prove it. The report also says cops smelled “a strong odor of marijuana,” but again, no weed was recovered. Amanda may just get off scot-free on this one!
