A few weeks ago we shared a video with you of Matt Kemp (not knowing he was being recorded) signing an autograph and then proceeded to take off his hat, jersey and shoes and give it to a cancer-stricken fan (given 90 days to live). The video went viral. It was just such a touching moment. Well we’re now learning that Kemp didn’t stop there. Check out what he did this past weekend for that same fan. You’re an amazing man Mr. Kemp.

On Monday, Kemp brought his fan to more comfortable surroundings.
Joshua Jones is 19, has inoperable tumors on his spine and prior to the game in San Francisco was given 90 days to live.
On Memorial Day, prior to the Dodgers’ first game against the rival Angels, Kemp had Jones and his family on the field where they hung out with Kemp, watched batting practice and met other stars, including Mike Trout.
“This is a dream come true for my son,” said Josh’s father, Steve, whose family was flown in from Oakland by Kemp. “He doesn’t even know what to say.”
Back on May 5, following a loss to the Giants, Kemp kept a pregame promise and made his way to Jones, thinking he would meet a fan and sign a ball. But after Kemp met Jones, “I said hi to him, he just looked at me in kind of shock, and it almost got me,” Kemp told the Los Angeles Times. “It almost got me.”
