Late in the fourth quarter of the Miami Heat’s loss to the Indiana Pacers, Dwyane Wade committed a turnover and was trying to get back on defense. He ran back and leaped in the air throwing a flying elbow to the temple of Lance Stephenson. Lance fell to the floor and looked visibly hurt and rattled. Nothing was called at the time against Wade but the league went back and reviewed it releasing their findings today. Read more after the jump.
