NBA players tend to do a little extra to sell a foul call but Tony Allen certainly went over the top and the league is trying to cut down. Allen was going for a shot in transition with Manu Ginobli close behind. Ginobli grabbed his arm to keep him from making the layup causing Allen to hit the court. He went overboard however by grabbing his head and continued writhing on the ground as if he’d severely hit his head on the hardwood. Replays clearly show that he didn’t but the foul was still ruled a flagrant. The league later decided to fine Allen $5,000 for the acting job.
