Back in April, we posted about Samsung releasing a rugged version of the Galaxy S4 that will be waterproof. Well, a video has surfaced showing off what looks to be the new “Active” Galaxy S4. Samsung gas yet to officially announce the existence of this phone. Check out the video below.
