Tumblr has agreed to accept Yahoo’s $1.1 billion cash offer for the acquisition of its company. Now, is this a smart move for Tumblr not looking into other options like the popular Facebook and Microsoft who would have offered more? This is great news for Yahoo who has been struggling to find a new niche.
