A Kansas City teen went out for her first drive alone on the road after getting her license, and the unthinkable occurred. Hit the jump to see how this young girl tragically lost her life.

Savannah Nash, a 16-year-old from Missouri, lost her life in a tragic accident that seemed to be a result of texting and driving. The worst part is that it was her first time solo on the road. The Harrisonville police released a statement saying there was an “incomplete text message waiting to be sent” that they believe was the cause of the fatal accident. Savannah’s classmates have been mourning her death at her school, along with her friends and family members. Check the gallery to look at the pics of the horrific accident.
