The internet sensation’s own Kai “The Hatchet-Wielding Hitchhiker” was finally arrested in Philadelphia. He gained some fame off an interview that went viral where he spoke about witnessing an attack on a California utility worker. Not only was he present for the attack, but he even used a hatchet he had on him to hit the man who had struck a worker with his car….. & of course, the video of his interview got millions of views. However, authorities announced earlier this week that the “Hatchet Hitchhiker” was wanted in the beating which resulted in the death of a NJ Lawyer. 24-year-old Caleb “Kai” McGillvary, also known as the “Hatchet Hitchhiker,” went for a cup-of-joe at Starbucks in Philadelphia and unfortunately for him, he was recognized by an employee. The Starbucks worker reported it to the authorities and McGillvary is now currently in custody for the murder of the 73-year-old New Jersey Lawyer. Joseph Galfy Jr was “found beaten to death in his bedroom, wearing only his socks and underwear,” according to ABC News.
