TicketMaster has agreed to pay $23 Million in a settlement that affected many customers. Check out what happened and what forced the settlement.

Customers were buying tickets from the very popular ticket vendor ticketmaster and being enrolled in a rewards program that charged them $9 a month. The only problem is that the customers were not seeing any of the benefits promised by ticketmaster. This is what forced customers to take legal action and it seems like they got what they wanted a full refund of all the funds they gave for the benefits. TicketMaster will email all customers soon so customers can file their claim, customers can get up $30. There are currently 21 million customers that are eligible to file for the claim. Damn Ticketmaster messed up big time, not a good look.
