Wade Robson is taking this all the way to the bank, and there’s no turning back from here! We know that he’s suing the MJ estate based on allegations that between the ages of 7-14, “The King of Pop” sexually molested him. This may or may not be heard in front of a jury of his peers, but that’s why another claim was filed in civil court, for compensatory damages. Find out further details down below.
Even though the allegations for the civil suit are closed, TMZ has done a little digging, and it looks as if things are adding up properly. The court document for the civil lawsuit shows that Robeson will be suing, DOE 1, an individual, DOE 2, a California corporation, and DOE 3, a California corporation. Once everything is placed in order, those DOES have names. MJJ Productions (the record label that hired Wade when he was 11 – If the molestation started at 7, I’m guessing this would go out the window), MJJ Ventures (the production company in charge of MJ’s videos), and the two individuals…John Branca and John McClain (executors of MJ’s estate). This story is beyond belief, because Wade just seems like the type who needs attention right now. I may have to do some digging as well.
