Following Jenni Rivera’s tragic death late last year, her family has launched a new record label in her honor. Prior to her passing, Jenni always expressed interested in supporting and signign Latino singers. The label, JRE/Divina Music, is L.A. based, and had already been in the works since 2010 by Rivera. JRE/Divina Music, based in Los Angeles, was in the works in 2010 by Rivera who was already eyeing talent for the label. Eventually bilingual singer Monica Padilla was signed. The label will also include a project by sibling Juan Rivera in addition to a Christian themed album by Rivera’s daughter Jacqie, who performed at her mother’s memorial.
