An online site called http://twee-q.com/ goes through the 100 most recent retweets of a users and measures the amount of times a user has re-posted comments from men and women. The site was initially created by a Swedish organization ,Crossing Boarders, and author, Joan Smith, to mark the publication of her new book called The Public Woman. The way Twee-Q works is simple, just insert the Twitter name you want to know about and Twee-Q quickly tells you what proportion of that account’s recent retweets were made by men or by women.
