This particular town in Epecuen, Argentina was known as a resort 25 years ago that attracted many tourist from around the world for their unusual salt lakes. The salt lakes had 10 times more salt in it then the ocean. The reason the town went under the water was due to major storms that hit the town causing major over flooding taking the town deep under water. The Water has now receded and the town has remerged. Now the town looks like a scene from a popular war movie.
