Coach Tom Thibodeau and the Chicago Bulls were very vocal about the officiating in the Bulls/Heat playoff series. They felt that calls weren’t going their way and the league was very protective over the Heat’s superstar, Lebron James. Of course those comments costed Thibs. Read more after the jump.
According Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski:
The NBA fined Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau $35,000 for ripping officiating after Game 3 loss.
Thibodeau said things like:
“We’re well aware of what’s going on,” Thibodeau seethed late Friday. “I’m watching how things are going. I watch very closely. What I’m seeing is…
“…We’ll adjust accordingly.”
And
“We’re not going to get calls,” Thibodeau grumbled. “That’s reality.”
