Anthony Toribio, the new Oakland Police Chief resigned from the position just two days after accepting the promotion. But why? Sources say the Oakland Police Department had been under the surveillance of a federal court for not reprimanding officers who exhibit abusive behavior. Police supervisors were failing to hold officers accountable for abusive actions. So from the looks of things, Toribio didn’t want anything to do with that, maybe he just felt he was good where he was at. Nothing wrong with that Bruhh.
