It looks like Facebook is looking to acquire the social map app Waze. The companies are said to have been negotiation for the past 6 months. Facebook is close to closing the deal with a $1 billion offer on the table. The two have already had a relationship before talks of an acquisition, Waze app allowed Facebook users to share their travels with friends.
