The feds can access your e-mail if they wanted to. In the new report published today by the American Civil Liberties Union, it shows a copy of the FBI’s Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide. The new document shows that the FBI believes it does have the authority to open your e-mail basically whenever it wants. Check out the document in the gallery.
