Heat fans don’t like it and of course Bulls fans love it. There’s a digital billboard overlooking the Edens Expressway in Chi-town that has NBA fans talking. It’s a picture of Joakim Noah spraying LeBron James with a fire extinguisher – but the pic they use of LeBron is classic.
