The Los Angeles Clippers took on the Memphis Grizzlies last night for game 6 and fought till the bitter end for their playoff lives. The game was very physical and the beef between Blake Griffin and Zach Randolph escalated. Read more after the jump.
During the third quarter the two players got tangled up and wrestled each other down to the floor. Randolph put his hand around Griffin’s throat choking him, while Griffin used his elbow to push Randolph’s head further into the floor.
Both players received personal fouls and Randolph received a technical likely for the choking maneuver. Randolph received another tech and was ejected later on in the game but the Grizzlies were already up 15 with under 2 minutes to play and had basically sealed up the victory.
