China has a serious problem regulating anything health-wise, and it’s a PROBLEM. Last month over 6000 diseased pigs were found floating down a river in China, and now it has come to light that chemically-soaked rat meat has been sold as lamb in China. 20,000 pounds of the rat meat has been seized and there have been over 900 arrests in connection with the crime, but this was only caught after $1.6 million of the meat had already been sold.
