I’m not really sure what look Miley Cyrus was going for when she stepped out at an L.A. gas station earlier today, but whatever it was…she failed miserably. That is unless she wanted to look absolutely ridiculous, of course. In that case…she nailed it. The former Disney star was spotted rocking a tee shirt, short shorts, stilettos and a backwards fitted.
