Today, Lil Wayne issued an apology to Emmet Till’s family for his lyrics in Future’s track, “Karate Chop”. The lyrics in the song were, “beat that p#ssy up like, Emmett Till.” Due to the controversy and offensive nature behind the lyrics, the Till family wanted Wayne dropped from his Mountain Dew endorsement.
