Big K.R.I.T. is working hard, and can’t be stopped. This next step just shows how high he’s willing to reach. The super producer is looking to drop a short film for the upcoming, “Praying Man.” Who is it that he’s called on to be the director? Drop down bottom and check it out in the gallery after the jump.
It’s in the works, but nothing is official. Big K.R.I.T. used social media to reach out to the one and only, Spike Lee. The rapper/producer is in the process of doing a short film for his song, “Praying Man,” off of his 2012 album, “Live From The Underground.” The single also features blues artist, B.B. King. Three generations of greatness.
The short film would detail ‘three different slaves all of whom have unknowingly met their demise and are receiving a visit from a praying man who has come to collect their souls and take them to Heaven.’ Sounds like something Spike Lee would be great for.
Check out the gallery and check out the, “Crooklyn” director’s response.
