Dutschke was arrested in Tupelo in connection to the ricin-laced letters that were sent to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi and earlier to an 80-year-old Lee County judge, Sadie Holland. The 41-year-old was working with the FBI when they were investigating Paul Kevin Curtis which is where they found the needed evidence to charge him.
