Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been transferred to a federal medical detention center after being captured last week for his involvement in the Boston Marathon bombings. Tsarneav was held at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center were he was treated for wounds he sustained after a shoot-out with police that lead to the death of his brother, Tamerlan. After tension in the medical center because many of his victims were being treated there and the need for stronger security, Tsarnaev was transferred. Read more below.
Tsarnaev has been taken to a federal medical detention center in a prison on Fort Devens, Mass. in the middle of the night for security issues. There is still no word on what kind of trial he will have but we know he is being charged with using a weapon of mass destruction and malicious destruction of property, counts that could bring him the death penalty, and he will not have his Miranda rights.
