Justin Bieber’s tour bus “smelled of marijuana” according to police in Stockholm, so they took it upon themselves to search it, though no one was on it. All they found was a tiny bit of weed and a taser (which requires a permit), but no one will be charged because there’s no way to determine who it belongs to.
