People is reporting that the couple was spotted holding hands, kissing, and looking like they were in love. It also appeared that the duo looked as if they hadn’t had fights in the past. Friends of the actress said that she was ready to move on, but she was the one who went to Oslo to see Biebs so it doesn’t appear that is the the case!
