Her and now estranged husband, Jason Hoppy were at the Manhattan Supreme Court today to to talk about their divorce. Frankel was seen crying before the litigation begun and after the 30 min meeting in the judges chambers. They two continued to argue in a separate office about custody arrangements of their daughter, Bryn.
