We all were shocked when we found out that poor lil’ Kevin Hart was arrested for a DUI, but Marlon Wayans was a lil’ bit more suprised than others. When asked how he felt about the situation, Marlon says something about Kevin that caught me off guard. Drop down bottom and see what was said.
