The streaming-music service, Sporify announced they will launching in eight new markets beginning tomorrow. Places like Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Baltics, and Iceland will finally get to enjoy the service. The company has over 24 million active users and 6 million of which are paying to use the service. Many smartphone carriers allow users to pay for Spotify service via their cellphone bill. According to Cnet, “The company is trying to negotiate better terms with the music labels, which earn the bulk of every dollar, roughly 70 percent,that Spotify brings in.”
