Beyonce kicked off her “Mrs. Carter Show” world tour yesterday in Serbia, and she rocked one of her craziest outfits yet! The singer is usually pretty PG-13 with her costumes, showing off her legs and maybe her torso but that’s about where it ends. This time, however? She went all the way!
