“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak has filed a lawsuit against her former co-star Kandi Burruss, asking a judge to toss out a lawsuit against her, filed by Kandi. Kandi’s suit says Kim hoarded profits from the song they co-wrote in 2009, “Tardy for the Party.” Kim’s filing says that couldn’t be further from the truth, and that Kandi is only just filing this to garner attention for her new show, “The Kandi Factory.”
