Bank of America announced this week, it will be launching a system the will allow ATM users to have a live video chat with bank tellers. This will help customers not familiar with certain aspects of the ATM to get the information needed quickly. The first live chat will roll out in Boston. The new system will also allow customers to cash checks for the exact amount and select precise bill denominations for withdrawals. In the future it may offer functions like deposit splitting and cash back with credit card and loan payments.
