This video is a little disturbing. Let me tell you guys the story from the beginning. Lucinda White came out of a best buy in Springfield, IL and reported a car accident involving her car and another man. When Police arrived, the man started to deny his role in hitting her car. That is when things got hectic. Lucinda along with her boyfriend began arguing with the police officer who arrived, I am assuming because he might of been taking the side of the other man. You will see in the video, the boyfriend does become a little aggressive with the officer which results in him being tased. The problem is you can see Lucinda is not making contact with the officer, only trying to pull her boyfriend away from the cop, but at that point it is too late.
Things take a dramatic turn when a second officer arrives and pulls Lucinda away. Now she is a female and she is not resisting the officer. He doesn’t waste anytime trying to choke the woman while she is screaming over and over “I’m pregnant”. The only reason she is resisting being thrown down to the ground is because she is 8 months pregnant. While I do respect the job police officers have to do, the way this cop handled the situation is terrible. Soon as he arrived he was already trying to choke the woman out without her doing anything. Then he slams her to the ground and then tases her without regard. What a dick! She was not struggling, only telling him repeatedly she is pregnant, so the force he used with her is 100% unnecessary.
