Now this is pretty funny. Everyone remembers how fed up Lamar Odom was when he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks; he gained weight, didn’t play and sulked on the sidelines. Finally the Mavericks let him go and he joined the LA Clippers, that doesn’t mean the Dallas fans forgot about Odom’s behavior. In fact the Mavericks used Odom to help them out. The Mavericks have an clever way of interacting with their crowd at the American Airlines Center. During Saturday’s game against the Bulls, a closeup of former Mav, Lamar Odom, was shown on the jumbotron which prompted boos from the crowd while Luol Deng shot his free throws.
Something like this seems like the genius of Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.
