Timbaland’s insurance company isn’t really feeling him right now…and they have no plans to pay up over his claims of a “missing” $1.8 million watch. (Who buys watches that expensive?! Sheesh!) Timbo had filed a lawsuit against American Home Assurance Company claiming his 2-year-old daughter lost his 30 carat diamond Jacob & Co. watch, but AHAC isn’t buying it. They say he’s lying, because to begin with, the amount the watch is insured for is worth more than the actual watch ($900k, according to them)…on top of the fact everyone involved in the situation has had a different story as to what happened to the watch. Details below.
Timbaland reported the watch as “stolen,” but then 4 months later claimed his daughter misplaced it. Then his wife said another woman did it, his assistant said the main did it, the maid confessed she’d slept with Tim’s brother-in-law (what the heck does that have to do with anything?!) and the brother-in-law refused to cooperate. Yeah, it’s looking like a lost cause for him on that one! Just take the L, homie. If you could afford one $900k watch, I’m sure you can afford a few more.
