NBA referees have been locking down this season on players flopping trying to take charges. A few players have been called for it and a few have been fined. But none of those were anywhere near as bad as this one. Nuggets forward Danilo Gallinari tried to take a charge from Robin Lopez and it was a utter failure. The NBA posted the video on its website Thursday and noted that Gallinari received a warning for violating the league’s new anti-flopping policy. His next violation would result in a $5,000 fine.
