That is a quote right from the mouth of Derrick Rose, who still remains unsure when he will return, even though the season is over in about a month. “I really don’t know right now,” Rose said. “I don’t want to place no percentage on it, but I just know that I’m close and I’m taking every day serious and just becoming a professional. He went on to add “I’m not panicking or anything. If anything, I think I’m going to be a better player. I’m just taking my time. I’m just being patient, doing all the right things and really eating right and getting rest”. I love how Rose is handling this. A team should have no decision about when a player is ready to come back. Too many players in all sports rush back from injury, and were never fully recovered and they get hurt again.
