Local police officers and officials from the New Jersey Department of Children and Families came to the home of Shawn Moore in New Jersey after getting an anonymous call. The caller told family services about a Facebook photo of an 11 year old holding a gun. Shawn Moore is a firearms instructor who posted ,on his Facebook, the picture of his son holding a rifle on Tuesday. The officials demanded to see the home owners’ guns. The family is now considering to take legal action against the state because the gun is a legally owned firearm by Mr. Moore.
