LOL! Whoops! I have no idea why NBC executives let out news before actually consulting with their staff! Back in ’09, Jay Leno got the boot from his time slot and Conan made his way to the official 11:30 PM time slot. That didn’t end up working out for both sides, so NBC gave Conan the ‘adios’ and put Jay back where he was. Now, with reports that Jimmy Fallon would be replacing Jay… Leno was not amused at all.
