We’re springing ahead and losing an hour of sleep tonight at 2am. Although I’m happy that spring is coming, I would much rather prefer the extra hour of sleep until it actually gets here! Daylight savings time begins tonight, so be sure to set your clocks before you go to bed (most cell phones will just change themselves). Also, be sure to check your smoke detector batteries which should be changed every time we change the clock! For more about daylight savings time, hit the jump.
