1. Make sure your phone’s Date & Time Set Automatically is turned on.
2. Use the alarm clock setting on your phone and set up a backup time.
3. Make sure all software is up to date.
4. If your really need to be somewhere in the morning set a countdown timer.
5. Turn device completely off (give your phone some time to rest).
