I realize not everyone who reads this may know who Bruno Fernandes de Souza is. But this story is not so much about him, and more about a disgusting, gruesome murder of his ex girlfriend Eliza Samudio, who also happens to be the mother of his child. Souza is a huge soccer star and was going to be the Goalie for the Brazil world cup team in 2014. But he is not going to be available because he will be in prison for the next 25 years. Bruno Fernandes de Souza was convicted of hiding his ex-girlfriend’s body and also kidnapping their son. Fernandes maintains he did know about the killing, but did not take part in it. At this point that doesn’t even matter though because everything hit the fan. Fernandes hired a friend and a former police officer to carry out the killing, after reportedly she wanted child support from the soccer star. Both of those men were also charged and convicted of murder. One of the men told police that Fernandes hired them to complete the murder which was very gruesome. Her body was chopped up and fed to dogs, literally. Now the young boy has no mother and a father in prison for the next 25 years, SMH. All because of child support money, really? This dude doesn’t deserve to ever see the light of day again, 25 years is too light for something like this.
