The only time most of us will get to ride in a police car, is if we are getting a free ride in the back seat to the nearest jail or police station. Even though some of us may be curious how it feels to drive a cop car and throw on those lights, we will not get to experience it unless we are trying to be a officer. Kacie Nelson had a bright idea. While Charlotte police were responding to an incident, one of the officers left his car running. Nelson who happened to be nearby decided now was the time to test drive a police car. So she decided to jump in and casually drive about 4 miles where she abruptly stopped and pulled it over. She gets out and walks away as if nothing ever happened at all. Everything was all good with her plan except one thing. Something DID happen Kacie! You stole a cop car you dumbass. Even the police were scratching their heads. They said nothing was taken from the car, she wasn’t on drugs, and she didn’t damage the car. So why did she do it? At this point only she knows, but she has plenty of time to think about it while she sits in the county jail. She was charged with felony grand theft and driving with a revoked license. She is in jail awaiting her court date. What a smart girl.
