Damn, it’s looking like award shows aren’t about receiving awards anymore, but showing off the girls and implants! Earlier this year for the Grammy’s, CBS enforced a rule about dressing ‘overly’ provocative, but of course the celebs found a way around it. During the Oscar’s, it was no different!
