The Backstreet Boys singer crushed many dreams, including my sister’s, when he announced that he was engaged to his girlfriend of four years. Nick is really good at keeping his relationship under-wraps cause I had no idea that he was even dating someone! The 33-year-old took to his Instagram to post of a pic of the news and his fiancée 29-year-old Lauren Kitt. Carter told People that he took Kitt on a romantic boat ride to a secluded island and that’s when he popped the question with a seven carat ring! Kitt is an actress and fitness specialist.
