The people in charge of All Star festivities this year made an odd choice in music selection. When you think of a basketball game with the best of the best in the league, you would think amped up, fun music…no? I don’t know about y’all, but some R&B is most certainly not on the top of my list to get me pumped into playing or watching a game. LOL! Apparently tapped performers Alicia Keys and Ne-Yo didn’t seem to think so either, as they both were rather off the ball during their respective performances. Both also got ripped to shreds on Twitter (as is now customary with not-so-great live performances), but Alicia decided to take the mum’s the word approach. Ne-Yo…not so much.
